La participacion en la Actividad SUMMERCAMP 2024 , en las instalaciones deportivas de “ EL CRISTO” Oviedo, España, Asi como la estancia y desplazamientos que fuesen necesarios para la actividad

Para que las fotografías/Videos realizados en las actividades del SUMMERCAMP2024 pueda ser también utilizada por esta entidad de forma atemporal en cualquier publicación o acción publicitaria. En consecuencia, esta Federación queda autorizada a servirse de las imagenes tomadas del firmante para su impresión, reproducción y difusión sin fecha de caducidad, y en cualquier tipo de soporte o utilización de la Federacion de Badminton del Principado de Asturias relacionada con su actividad, comprometiéndose la entidad a no hacer uso de las mismas fuera de los fines de promoción, difusión de actividades y publicitarios.

A la realización de todas las actividades incluidas en la actividad y eximo de responsabilidad alguna de cualquier lesion o daño percibido como consecuencia de la propia participacion, manifiestando que es apt@ para realizar la actividad y que no padece enfermedad que lo impida.

La firma de la presente solicitud, autoriza también expresamente a los responsables de la Federación Asturiana de la ACTIVIDAD, a realizar LA ATENCION DEPORTIVA Y TUTELA durante la actividad (Agosto- 2024), tanto en las instalaciones deportivas como de las Residencias en su estancia si fuese necesario, así como los desplazamientos y las gestiones oportunas en caso de tratamiento médico y cualquier otro procedimiento necesario.
Es obligatorio estar en posesión de Licencia Federativa Escolar, Autonómica o Nacional, para la Temporada Vigente 2023, incluyendo Seguro Medico y de Accidentes al comienzo de la Actividad.

De igual forma la firma de este documento consta como ACEPTACION de la condiciones al inscribirse y con ello la aceptación EXPLICITA DE SU NORMATIVA.

Participation in the SUMMERCAMP 2024 activity, held at the sports facilities of «EL CRISTO» in Oviedo, Spain, as well as the stay and necessary transportation for the activity.

I authorize the use of photographs/videos taken during the SUMMERCAMP 2024 activities by the entity for any publication or advertising action. Consequently, the Federation is authorized to use the signer’s images for printing, reproduction, and dissemination without expiration date, and in any type of support or use related to the activities of the Badminton Federation of the Principality of Asturias, committing the entity not to use them outside the purposes of promotion, dissemination of activities, and advertising.

I agree to participate in all activities included in the program and release any responsibility for any injury or damage perceived as a result of my participation, stating that I am fit to participate in the activity and do not suffer from any illness that would prevent it.

The signing of this application also expressly authorizes the responsible persons of the Asturian Federation of the ACTIVITY to provide SPORTS CARE AND SUPERVISION during the activity (August-2024), both in the sports facilities and in the Residences during their stay if necessary, as well as transportation and appropriate arrangements in case of medical treatment and any other necessary procedure.

It is mandatory to have a School, Regional, or National Federation License for the current season 2023, including Medical and Accident Insurance at the beginning of the Activity.

Likewise, the signing of this document constitutes ACCEPTANCE of the conditions upon registration and thus EXPLICIT ACCEPTANCE OF ITS REGULATIONS.
